Brian M. Metcalf is of counsel to KTBS. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science and with a minor in Economics from the University of Oregon in Eugene Oregon, and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School, cum laude in 1999.

Brian has significant experience in a broad range of restructuring and bankruptcy matters including representation of corporate debtors, lenders, committees, equity holders, and debt purchasers in Chapter 11 cases, and out-of-court workouts. Brian also has significant litigation experience in both trial and appellate courts. Brian is admitted in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Central and Southern Districts of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Brian was recognized as a California Rising Star by Law & Politics Media, Inc. in 2006 and 2007.
