Efrat B. Zisblatt graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Cornell University and earned an M.A. in Economics, with high honors, from Fordham University.  Ms. Zisblatt earned her J.D., with distinction, at the Stanford Law School.  Ms. Zisblatt served as an executive editor of the Stanford Journal of Law Business & Finance during 1996 and 1997.

Ms. Zisblatt is a member of both the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles and the International Women's Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation.  She also serves as a member of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of California.
