Edward T. Attanasio specializes in bankruptcy and commercial litigation. He has represented debtors, creditors' committees and secured lenders in bankruptcy cases, contested matters and adversary proceedings ancillary to bankruptcy filings. In addition, Mr. Attanasio has handled a wide range of non-bankruptcy and bankruptcy related commercial litigation outside the bankruptcy courts, and has had extensive trial experience in both the federal and state courts.

Mr. Attanasio received his Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University in 1981, and his Juris Doctorate from Stanford Law School in 1985. He joined KTBS in December 2002.
