KTB&S Partner Whitman L. Holt was recently elected to membership in the National Bankruptcy Conference (NBC). The NBC is a non-profit organization of approximately 60 lawyers, law professors, and bankruptcy judges who are leading scholars and practitioners in the field of bankruptcy law. The NBC’s primary purpose is to advise Congress about the operation of bankruptcy and related laws and any proposed changes to those laws.  Membership in the organization is by invitation only, and the NBC is widely regarded as the most prestigious professional organization in the bankruptcy field.  KTB&S Partner Kenneth N.
