Martin J. Salvucci is an associate with KTBS. 

Mr. Salvucci recently completed a two-year clerkship with the Honorable Timothy M. Tymkovich, Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit in Denver, Colorado.

Mr. Salvucci received his J.D. from Stanford Law School. As a law student, he participated in the Organizations & Transactions Clinic and served as a Research Assistant to Professor Will Baude. Mr. Salvucci published a note, A Federalist Account of the Law of Trade Secrecy, in Volume 29 of the Stanford Law & Policy Review. He also received awards for his performance in Bankruptcy, Conflict of Laws, Civil Procedure, and Contracts. 

Mr. Salvucci received his undergraduate degree (with honors) from the University of Chicago, where he was included on the Dean’s List. He also obtained a master’s degree with a focus in political philosophy from the University of Chicago. 

Mr. Salvucci is admitted to practice in both Colorado and New York. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Mr. Salvucci is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute.
