    Purchaser in the Hechingers chapter 11 case.

  • Suzuki Motor of America Inc.

    Purchaser, through a newly formed subsidiary, of the motorcycle, ATV and marine divisions of American Suzuki Motor Corporation in its chapter 11 case.

    Investors under chapter 11 reorganization plan on remand from the United States Supreme Court in the case of In re 203 North LaSalle Street Partnership; subsequent plan successfully confirmed.

    A significant investor in the Pittsburgh Penguins hockey team, in connection with the chapter 11 case of that team.

  • President Casinos, Inc.

    Official Committee of equity holders in the chapter 11 cases of a St. Louis-based riverboat casino; successfully confirmed plan resulting in a substantial distribution to equity.

  • Transpacific Enterprises, Inc.

    Sole shareholder of Transpacific Enterprises, Inc., a full service airline support company, in connection with the successful restructuring of the company.

    Equity holder of Workflow Management, Inc., in negotiating and obtaining confirmation of a consensual plan of reorganization.
