KTB&S Partner Whitman L. Holt was included in the American Bankruptcy Institute’s inaugural list of “40 Under 40” bankruptcy, insolvency, and restructuring professionals from around the world.  This list was chosen by a special ABI steering committee through a highly-competitive process designed to identify the top individuals under age 40 within a broad spectrum of professionals across the entire insolvency profession.

Separately, Mr. Holt was also recently selected as a lawyer representative to the Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference.  Mr. Holt will serve a three-year term representing the Central District of California at the Circuit’s judicial conference, which considers a wide range of matters important to all the federal courts within the Circuit.  These matters include rule changes, alternative dispute resolution, and educational programs intended to aid the courts and improve the administration of justice.
